Toolbox the cat is just like any other sailor. She sometimes gets seasick in rough waters. On occasion she has fallen overboard. And, after a long voyage, she can't wait to jump ashore and pussyfoot around a new port.

I am writing in response to the lady who thinks cats should run free. She evidently is a cat owner. The licensing of cats is just not about the extra money that would bring the county. I have been following the articles about the cat issue.
